Frequently Asked Questions

How do credits work?

Each job execution consumes 1 credit, regardless of the amount of data extracted or delivery success. Credits reset monthly on your billing date.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If auto top-up is enabled, we'll add 1,000 credits for $8. If disabled, your jobs will be paused and you'll be notified to add more credits manually.

Can I carry over unused credits?

Currently, credits reset monthly. We're considering allowing unused credits to carry over for one month in the future.

Is there a limit to how many jobs I can create?

The Pro plan allows up to 25 active jobs at any time. This helps ensure fair usage of our platform resources.

When do I get an API key?

API keys are only generated for Pro plan subscribers. You'll receive your API key immediately upon upgrading to Pro.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. You can also cancel your Pro subscription and return to the Free plan.
